About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Administrator/Executive to support our US Human Resources operations. The successful candidate will be based in Hyderabad or Bangalore and will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions related to our US-based employees and consultants. This position requires a proactive individual who is familiar with US employment practices,



capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality, and comfortable working during US business hours. The HR Administrator/Executive will serve as a vital link between our US and Indian teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations is essential, particularly supporting US-based employees and consultants. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of US employee onboarding processes, personnel documentation, advantages administration, and HR compliance requirements.
