Job Description
Position Overview
The Jr. BIM Design Reviewer shall report to the Sr.



BIM Design Reviewer and support BIM-based design reviews, model coordination, design assurance, constructability reviews, clash detection, and multidisciplinary interface management for airport development projects. The role involves reviewing BIM models, drawings, and technical submissions; identifying design, constructability, and coordination issues; verifying compliance with project BIM standards and design requirements; and coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure accurate, coordinated, and buildable project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Review BIM models, GFC drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for design accuracy, completeness, constructability, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Verify compliance of BIM deliverables with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project BIM standards, naming conventions, modelling protocols, and LOD requirements.
Identify design conflicts, clashes, discrepancies, constructabil
