We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Video Editor to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, excellent knowledge of video editing, and experience in creating high-impact political and social media content.

Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality videos for political campaigns, speeches, events, interviews, reels, and social media platforms.
Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Understand and execute different political editing styles, including fast-paced campaign videos, emotional storytelling, speeches, event highlights, and impactful reels.
Add suitable motion graphics, text animations, transitions, sound effects, music, subtitles, and visual effects.
Work closely with the content, social media, and creative teams to deliver impactful video content.
Understand current social media trends and adapt editing styles accordingly.




Manage multiple projects and deliver content within deadlines.
Maintain consistency in visual style, branding, and overall content quality.
Required Skills
2–3+ years of professional video editing experience.
Solid knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of political content and political video editing style is mandatory/preferred.
Good understanding of social media formats, especially Reels, Shorts, campaign videos, and promotional videos.
Ability to create fast-paced, emotional, impactful, and audience-engaging edits.
Strong sense of music, timing, storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Marathi language proficiency is mandatory.
Knowledge of Hindi and English will be an added advantage.
