Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Chinchwad. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations related to production, fabrication, and project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with design, manufacturing, and on-site support teams, monitoring project progress,



and resolving operational issues. The Assistant Manager will interact with customers to understand requirements, support solution delivery, and manage documentation, reporting, and resource allocation. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, cost optimization, and team development in line with the company’s mission and vision.
