ABOUT THE ROLE
Pixelpal Media is looking for a proactive Brand Management & Social Media Intern to support our creative and client teams in building and maintaining robust brand presence across platforms. You'll get hands-on exposure to brand strategy, content planning,



and day-to-day social media execution for real client accounts — working closely with our content, design, and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in planning and executing brand strategies and social media calendars for client accounts.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms as per brand guidelines.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to inform content ideas.
• Track engagement metrics and prepare basic performance reports for client reviews.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure creatives align with brand identity and campaign goals.
• Support brand positioning exercises, mood boards, and brand guideline documentation for clients.
• Assist with community management — responding to comments and messages in the brand's voice.
