About the Role
As an International Sales And Operations Specialist - Travel And Tourism, you will be responsible for handling international travel enquiries, converting leads into bookings, designing suitable travel packages, and managing flight ticketing and related operational activities.

You will work closely with customers, airlines, hotels, destination partners, and internal teams to ensure that international travel arrangements are planned accurately and delivered smoothly. The role requires a combination of sales ability, destination knowledge, ticketing expertise, operational coordination, and robust customer communication skills.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
● Handling enquiries for international holiday packages and understanding customer travel requirements,



preferences, budgets, and timelines.
● Designing and customising international travel itineraries based on customer requirements.
● Preparing quotations and package proposals covering flights, accommodation, transfers, sightseeing, activities, and other travel services.
● Following up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
● Handling international flight enquiries, fare searches, reservations, ticketing, re-issuance, cancellations, and related ticketing requirements.
● Coordinating with airlines, hotels, DMCs, visa service providers, and other travel partners for bookings and confirmations.
● Maintaining accurate booking records, passenger information, travel documents, payment details, and operational updates.
