**WE'RE HIRING: AI MICRODRAMA ANIMATOR & VIDEO EDITOR****DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROFESSIONAL AI VIDEO + MICRODRAMA / VERTICAL DRAMA EXPERIENCE.**About the RoleWe are hiring an AI Microdrama Animator & Video Editor to join our AI video production team.This is a highly specialized hands-on production role combining:AI video generation + professional dramatic video editing.You will work from the creative direction and shot breakdown provided by an AI Microdrama Production Director and will be responsible for executing the complete sequence - from AI-generated shots through final edited output.We are not looking for someone who only knows how to generate AI clips.We are looking for someone who can generate and take generated footage and turn it into a professionally edited microdrama episode with strong pacing, emotion, continuity, and dramatic impact.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate AI video shots according to detailed creative directionMaintain character, location, action, and shot continuityExecute required camera angles, movements, expressions, and performancesEdit complete microdrama sequences in Adobe Premiere ProHandle dramatic pacing, reaction timing, transitions, inserts, continuity, basic VFX,



and cliffhangersImplement feedback and revisions quicklyCollaborate closely with the Production DirectorMandatory RequirementsProfessional experience producing AI-generated microdramaProfessional microdrama / vertical drama / AI microdrama experienceStrong skilled proficiency in Adobe Premiere ProStrong understanding of dramatic editing, pacing, and continuityProfessional-level English and Hindi proficiencyStrong Seedance 2.0 experience is highly preferred.
