About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Mobile App Development Instructor tojoin our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise inmodern programming and application development technologies, along with excellentcommunication and teaching skills. As an instructor, you will conduct engaging live online classes, mentor students, guide them through hands-on projects, and help them develop strong problem-solving and programming skills.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct engaging and interactive live online classes for students.Teach programming and application development using:○ HTML○ CSS○ JavaScript○ React Native○ Node.js○ MicroPython● Explain technical and programming concepts in a simple, structured, and student-friendly manner.● Guide students through hands-on coding activities, projects, and real-world problem-solving exercises.Mentor students and provide timely feedback on their progress and performance.Help students develop logical thinking, problem-solving, debugging, and independentlearning skills.● Address student queries and provide technical support during and outside classroomsessions when required.Maintain an engaging, interactive, and professional online learning environment.Track student progress and adapt teaching approaches based on learning requirements.Collaborate with internal academic, curriculum, and program teams when required.Required Skills & Qualifications● Strong technical expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React Native, Node.js, andMicroPython.● Robust understanding of programming fundamentals, application development,



APIs,and backend concepts.Ability to build and explain real-world projects and coding applications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.Strong presentation and online teaching skills.Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.Confidence in interacting with students and managing live online classes.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Comfortable using online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and collaborativedevelopment environments.● A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students learn technology.Preferred Qualifications● Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or conducting technical workshops ispreferred.● Experience in mobile application development using React Native or similartechnologies.Experience working with students or young learners will be an added advantage.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or arelated field is preferred.Employment TypeFull-Time | Remote / Work From HomeShift Timings: UK/US Shift-9:15 PM IST onwards & 2:00 AM IST onwardsDuration: 9 hoursThe candidate should be available for the complete shift duration and be comfortableconducting live online sessions during the assigned shift.Work RequirementsReliable and high-speed internet connection.Laptop or desktop suitable for conducting online classes.Professional and distraction-free work environment.Good webcam and audio setup for conducting live sessions.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is not only technically strong but can also communicateeffectively, engage students in an online environment, simplify complex concepts, andcreate an enjoyable learning experience.
