relationshipsjoining regular client calls with UK clinics and pharmaciestaking structured notes and action pointsmaintaining client action logs and issue trackersunderstanding how each client uses Script Assistunderstanding clinical and pharmacy workflowshelping clients improve performance through workflow configuration, settings and process changesspotting training gaps, adoption issues and operational frictiondistinguishing between bugs, configuration issues, training issues and feature requestscoordinating with customer support on client issuescoordinating with product and tech on client requeststranslating client problems into clear internal requirementsprioritising client requests without creating noise internallypushing back professionally when requests are unclear, low
