It’s our goal to be seen as the best in class for technical innovation – and the company that delivers a great customer experience for our clients’ customers.This role sits within the data & technology arm of our business, specifically within the Tech Delivery team.This role is highly technical and hands-on capable and involves delivering solutions independently and at very high standard.OGS delivers large scale back end database solutions & implements multi-channel campaign management applications such as Adobe Campaign, Acoustic, Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud which are generally hosted and managed by a team of Service Delivery, Campaign Management and email experts. We provide web services around these solutions,



integration to web sites, back office systems and deliver anything from easy email templates to more complex website & digital applications as well as stand-alone tactical digital communication programs in support of our Creative & Media Agency.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESManaging delivery of multiple complex simultaneous development projects from design through to releaseCapable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code levelWorking closely with Project Managers to produce accurate delivery estimatesHands on development and maintenance of CRM database and datalake solutionsWriting technical specifications, participating in code reviews and meetings, and providing updates on project progressLiaising with key stakeholders, client, and other Code departments to facilitate the transition of solution from analysis through to design and deliveryAttend client meetings if required to discuss and demonstrate solutions at both technical and business levelSystem integration of multiple products to build multichannel communications solutions to meet client requirementsGeneral development and support programming involving investigation of code and data issues.Providing training to internal & external personnelReady to learn new skills and technologies required for the jobSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEStrong design and development experience on datalake and database solutions using AWS servicesMin 5+ Years of experience neededExperience in delivery of complex data projectsStrong Data Modelling, Database & Data Warehouse analysis and design skillsExperience in ETL & Database design and developmentData manipulation, exploration, analysis, and data integrity (experience of manipulating data of varied sources and targets like RDBMS, XML, JSON and Flat Files)Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss complex technical concepts.Knowledge of software development processes including Agile, Lean, Waterfall & V-modelCommercial experience in technical delivery of projectsIntegration of 3rd party products, such as Adobe Campaign, Acoustic Campaign Automation & Salesforce Marketing Cloud to solutions to enable multi-channel communicationsEssential Skills:AWS Glue with PySpark/PythonAWS Lambda with PythonAWS Step functions or Apache AirflowAmazon S3Apache KafkaAmazon Redshift and Redshift SpectrumData Analysis and Data ModellingOther AWS Services: IAM, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, Parameter StoreExperience in development of Datalake on AWSExperience in specifying deployment packages on AWSAdvanced SQL knowledgeDesirable/beneficial Skills:Amazon AthenaAWS API GatewayAmazon CognitoTerraform and CI/CDGit.Net C#Web service utilitiesAzure technologiesExperience in Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Acoustic Campaign AutomationLocation - Bangalore, Chennai & HyderabadShift - 2 to 11 pmHybrid model
