Your role is of key importance, as it lays down the foundation for the entire project.Make sure you have a valid EP number before interview.To create an EP Number, please visit https://ibegin.tcs.com/iBegin/registerKindly complete the registration if you have not done it yet.Position: Network EngineerExperience: 4 to 12 yearsLocation: TrivandrumJOB DESCRIPTIONMust-HaveManage and support end-to-end network infrastructure covering core, distribution, and access layers.Lead and execute high-impact network changes, upgrades, and migrations across global infrastructure.Serve as the technical escalation point for complex network issues and major incidents.Design, review, and maintain detailed network topology diagrams, configurations, and documentation.Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting technical sessions and peer reviews.Participate in and lead change advisory board (CAB) meetings and ensure structured implementation.Troubleshoot issues related to routing, switching, firewall policies, NAT, VPN tunnels, and traffic flow.Maintain network health through capacity planning, proactive monitoring, and tuning.Perform root cause analysis (RCA)



and prepare incident reports for critical outages.Ensure compliance with network security standards and best practices.Coordinate with other infrastructure and security teams for cross-functional projects.Provide support for weekend/after-hours maintenance windows and critical deployments.Good-to-HaveAbility to utilize critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment while managing several demands.Work with cross-functional teams to create long-lasting apps.Well organized with ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision with quick learning skills.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
