technical support, and implementation is important.Team Lead Experience – MandatoryTeam Lead experience is a must.The candidate should have experience leading a technical team and managing day-to-day delivery.Should be comfortable working directly with Associate Vice Presidents (AVPs) and senior stakeholders.Strong stakeholder management, team management, communication, and coordination skills are required.The person should be capable of taking ownership of implementation activities and coordinating between business teams, technical teams, vendors/product teams, and senior management.
