SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) ConsultantExperience: 2+ YearsRole: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central ConsultantEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Kolkata/Pune/Indore/AhmedabadJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with around 2 years of hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.The candidate should have a good understanding of Core HR processes and practical experience in configuring Employee Central functionalities.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on business requirements.Understand business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis against standard SF EC functionality.Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Associations, and Data Models.Configure and maintain Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, and Event Reason Derivations.Work on Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Permission Groups, and Dynamic Groups.Support employee lifecycle processes including:HireRehireTransferPromotionJob/Position changesTerminationWork on Position Management and organizational structures.Perform employee data imports, data validation, and error resolution.Support EC integrations with Payroll, HRIS, and third-party systems.Participate in testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases, and user documentation.Provide production support, troubleshoot issues,
