Job Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Functional ConsultantExperience: 4.5+ years in a similar roleWork Location: Pune, Bangalore (Hybrid)Job Type: ContractEmail: [email protected] SpecificationCandidates should have a successful track record working with Oracle Fusion / Cloud HCM and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience on Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or support projects is expected, with good understanding of standard Oracle application functionality and hands-on exposure to configuring and unit testing Fusion Payroll.ResponsibilitiesConfigure Oracle Fusion Payroll to meet client requirements and document application setups.Proactively debug and resolve P1/P2 client tickets.Participate in client-facing Enhancement Request discussions.Analyze BRDs, provide estimates and prepare Functional/Technical Design Documents, Test Scripts, Evidence and Production Migration Documents.Write Functional Requirement Documents for reports, interfaces and application extensions.Coordinate with technical teams developing reports,



interfaces and extensions.Test and validate technical components through issue resolution and closure.Participate in impact assessment and deep-dive sessions.Prepare upgrade impact assessments and perform regression testing.Develop end-user documentation and training materials.Provide regular status and issue reports.Required SkillsStrong Oracle Fusion Payroll business process knowledge.Understanding of integrations between Payroll and Core HR, Perks and other HCM modules.Good understanding of Payroll configuration flow, structure and US tax systems.Ability to configure Payroll elements and link them to payroll processes.Good knowledge of payroll processes, payslip customizations and payroll reports.Ability to run Payroll Interfaces / Extracts.Payroll Fast Formula experience preferred.Strong written and oral communication skills.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.Jira/ServiceNow experience is a plus.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred.Prior Oracle HCM functional implementation or Oracle Fusion support experience.Oracle Cloud Certified candidate in Oracle Cloud Payroll preferred.Flexible to work in rotational shifts where required.
