JOB Description:

Must Have:

- 6+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong hands-on experience in at least one ServiceNow module (ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HRSD/FSM/GRC/SecOps/SPM, etc.).
- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Catalog Development.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Integrations.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Valuable to Have:

- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, or Orchestration.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Exposure to ServiceNow AI, GenAI, or Automation capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
