Key Responsibilities
· Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the infrastructure, geotechnical, and specialized construction sectors.Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify upcoming projects and business prospects.Develop and maintain a solid sales pipeline to achieve regional business targets.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, developers, and government authorities.Coordinate with engineering, estimation,



and proposal teams to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals.Review tender documents, project specifications, and geotechnical reports to identify project opportunities.Lead commercial discussions and support contract negotiations through project award.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition from business acquisition to project execution.Prepare regular business development reports, sales forecasts, and opportunity tracking updates.Represent the organization during client meetings, technical presentations, conferences, and industry events.
