Role Description The Real Estate Experience Team Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for guiding and managing a team that supports clients across residential and commercial real estate transactions. This role involves supervising daily brokerage activities,



overseeing client interactions, and ensuring a high-quality experience throughout property discovery, evaluation, and closing. The team lead will coordinate property visits, assist with negotiations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client requirements and resolve issues promptly. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, mentoring team members, and implementing best practices to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. The compensation range for this position is 40,000–60,000 (per month), depending on experience and skills.
