We’re looking for a confident, relationship-driven and commercially sharp sales professional who can manage both B2B partnerships and B2C/HNI sales, build strong networks, and convert opportunities into business. If you know how to open doors, build trust, create opportunities and close deals — this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:-

Drive Business Growth:-
Identify and convert current B2B and B2C business opportunities.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Develop a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, partnerships, and strategic outreach.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

Build Powerful Relationships:-
Develop relationships with HNI clients, entrepreneurs, investors,



business owners, referral partners, and corporate networks.
Identify potential B2B partnerships and create mutually beneficial business opportunities.
Maintain long-term relationships and drive repeat/referral business.

Sell Through Consultation:-
Understand client and partner requirements and identify the right solutions.
Conduct professional meetings, presentations, and consultations.
Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and drive successful closures.
Communicate complex solutions in a simple, confident, and convincing manner.

Own Your Numbers:-
Manage leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM.
Track sales performance, revenue, and pipeline movement.
Prepare regular business development and sales reports.
Identify market trends and new avenues for growth.

Collaborate & Execute:-
Coordinate with legal, operations, documentation, and other internal teams.
