The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, generating recent business opportunities, developing client/doctor relationships, and achieving sales and revenue targets. The role will involve identifying new markets, building strategic partnerships, managing the sales pipeline, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful business execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned markets.
Generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking, digital channels and other sources.
Build and maintain a strong business pipeline.
Identify potential doctors, clinics, retailers, distributors, corporate clients and other business partners.

2. Client & Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, customers, distributors and business partners.
Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services.




Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business development targets.
Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, repeat business and market penetration.

4. Market Development
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
Identify new territories, customer segments and business opportunities.
Study market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
Provide market feedback and business insights to management.

5. Partnership & Expansion
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with relevant businesses, clinics, doctors, distributors and other stakeholders.
Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate partnership execution.
