Role Description The Business Development Intern will support growth initiatives for The Belgian Waffle Xpress, focusing on franchise expansion and local market development.



This internship role is on-site and based in Panchkula, where the intern will assist in identifying potential franchise partners, conducting market and competitive research, and helping prepare presentations and proposals. Daily tasks include lead generation through online and offline channels, maintaining lead databases, coordinating with prospects, and supporting follow-ups and basic customer service interactions. The intern will also assist with data analysis of store performance, aggregators’ ratings, and customer feedback to generate insights for business decisions. The role offers hands-on exposure to QSR/dessert franchising, operations, and marketing in a fast-growing food brand.
