Role Description The Infor LN Cloud Development & Administration role is a full time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Infor LN cloud-based solutions to support business processes, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, managing user access, handling deployments, and performing regular maintenance and updates to ensure reliability and security. The position also requires troubleshooting technical issues,



collaborating with functional and business teams to understand requirements, and documenting solutions and configurations. The role may include supporting users with training and guidance, coordinating with vendors or support teams, and contributing to process improvements and system optimization.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues, interpret data, and optimize system performance.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document technical work, and support end users.
Experience in software development and programming, preferably with technologies relevant to Infor LN cloud solutions and integrations.
Awareness of sales and business processes to align system configurations with organizational goals.
Experience with ERP systems administration, ideally Infor LN, including user management, configuration, and cloud environment management.
