Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing and Sales Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Marketing and Sales Specialist will support business growth by identifying current leads, nurturing client relationships,



and promoting KAAM Adventure’s solutions to prospective and existing customers. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal teams to understand offerings, and managing sales pipelines and follow-ups. The role also involves executing marketing campaigns, maintaining digital and offline marketing collateral, attending client meetings and industry events, and tracking performance against sales and marketing targets. The specialist will collaborate with leadership to provide insights on customer needs and recommend strategies to strengthen market presence.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in sales prospecting, lead generation, and relationship management.
