Role Description The Marketing Manager will lead brand and growth marketing initiatives for Nerah Skin™, with responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across digital, retail, and partnership channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing strategies, overseeing content and creative briefs,



managing social media and performance marketing efforts, and coordinating with sales and retail partners to drive awareness and conversion. The role involves analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance data to refine positioning and messaging, as well as supporting product launches and brand storytelling across touchpoints. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with founders, product, and design teams to ensure consistent brand communication and customer experience. This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
Strong brand and marketing strategy skills, including market positioning, campaign planning, and go-to-market execution.
Experience in digital marketing channels such as social media, performance marketing, email marketing, and influencer or creator collaborations.
