Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Navi Mumbai, covering the Western, Central & Southern India region. This role is responsible for
identifying and qualifying prospective customers,




managing the sales pipeline,
and closing deals for the company's electrical switchboard software solutions.

The Sales Manager will conduct
product demonstrations,
prepare customized proposals,
negotiate commercial terms,
and maintain strong relationships with clients in the electrical engineering and manufacturing sectors.

Day-to-day activities include
coordinating with internal technical teams,
tracking market trends,
reporting on sales performance,
and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role also involves contributing to sales strategies, attending industry events, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial software, electrical engineering, or manufacturing solutions
Strong skills in lead generation, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and deal closing
