Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end operations for pavilion, exhibition,



and interior fit-out projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Oversee project management, production, procurement, logistics, and site execution.
Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams.
Implement systems, SOPs, and performance metrics to support business growth.
Collaborate with Sales, Design, Finance, and Leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards.

What We're Looking For
15+ years of experience in operations, project execution, or manufacturing leadership.
Significant leadership experience in Exhibition, Pavilion, Interior Fit-Out, Retail, or Commercial Interiors.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, fast-track projects and multidisciplinary teams.
