Job Purpose: The Vocational Training Instructor (VTI) plays a critical role in
the development and implementation of training programs that ensure compliance
with the Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS) standards. The VTI is
responsible for enhancing the technical skills and safety awareness of mining
personnel by delivering comprehensive training sessions, conducting competency
evaluations, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The goal is to
foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence
within the mining workplace.
