Role Description The Service Advisor role at PPS Mahindra is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The Service Advisor will greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and accurately document service requests and job cards. Responsibilities include coordinating with technicians, explaining recommended repairs and service estimates, and ensuring timely completion of work.



The role involves regular communication with customers regarding service status, delivering vehicles after service with clear explanations of work performed, and addressing any queries or concerns. The Service Advisor will also help drive customer satisfaction by following up after service, managing aftersales processes, and maintaining service records in line with dealership and Mahindra standards.
Qualifications
The candidate should possess strong customer-focused service skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities.
The candidate should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with customers and internal teams.
The candidate should possess Aftersales-related skills to manage service follow-ups, warranty processes, and post-service support.
