Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based at our Bengaluru location. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities for the luxury hotel segment, including identifying new business opportunities, managing corporate and travel agency accounts, and cultivating relationships with key partners. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting property visits and presentations, and tracking performance against revenue targets. The role also involves coordinating with front office, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of guest services and packages. The Sales Manager will provide regular sales reports, participate in local networking events, and ensure all activities align with the hotel’s brand standards and service expectations.
Qualifications




Demonstrated experience in hotel or hospitality sales management, preferably in the luxury segment.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and account management skills to drive revenue and maintain long-term client partnerships.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify new business channels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
Comfort working with CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and MS Office applications to manage pipelines and track performance.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
