Role Description The Relationship Officer role is a full time, in office position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the individual will manage and grow customer relationships, ensuring high-quality service and support across banking products and services. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their financial needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and assisting with account opening,



transactions, and product inquiries. The Relationship Officer will work closely with the branch team to achieve sales and service targets, follow bank policies and regulatory guidelines, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. The role also involves proactive outreach to existing and potential customers to enhance loyalty, drive cross-selling opportunities, and contribute to the overall performance of the branch.
Qualifications
