Role and Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
Plan, schedule, and execute exhibition and event projects from concept to completion.
Interpret design briefs and translate them into actionable execution plans.
Develop detailed project timelines, resource allocation plans, and milestones.
2. Client Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
Understand client requirements and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
Provide regular updates, manage feedback, and handle escalations professionally.
3. Vendor & Site Management
Identify, onboard, and manage vendors, contractors, and fabricators.
Supervise in office installation, fabrication, and dismantling activities.
Ensure compliance with venue guidelines, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
4. Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare project budgets and ensure adherence to approved costs.
Monitor expenses, negotiate with vendors, and optimize costs without compromising quality.
Approve bills and coordinate with accounts for timely payments.
5. Cross-functional Coordination




Work closely with Design, Production, Logistics, and Procurement teams.
Ensure timely availability of materials, graphics, and resources.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for dispatch and returns.
6. Quality Assurance
Ensure high-quality standards in fabrication, finishing, and installation.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks at various stages.
Ensure final delivery aligns with approved designs and client expectations.
7. Risk Management
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Handle last-minute changes, site challenges, and operational issues efficiently.
8. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project documentation including drawings, approvals, and reports.
Prepare post-project reports including cost analysis and lessons learned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design / Management or related field
