Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the company's social media presence and digital brand communication. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content, increasing brand visibility, engaging with the target audience, and driving measurable business results through social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience, a completed MBA, strong knowledge of social media trends, content strategy, analytics, paid campaigns, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.

Manage the company's presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms.

Identify emerging social media trends and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Define content themes, target audiences, posting schedules, and campaign objectives.





Content Management

Plan and manage monthly and weekly social media content calendars.

Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, photographers, agencies, and content creators.

Develop creative briefs for posts, reels, videos, campaigns, stories, and other digital content.

Review and approve content to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.

Develop engaging captions, copy, hashtags, and campaign messaging.

Campaign Management

Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, events, and brand initiatives.

Manage paid social media campaigns and coordinate with performance marketing teams/agencies.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on results.

Develop creative campaigns to increase reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.

Community & Brand Management

Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and customer interactions across social media
