Job Summary

The Sr. Engineer – Reliability Engineering will be responsible for managing and
executing product reliability testing and validation activities within the
Reliability Lab. The role will ensure that products, components, and systems
meet defined reliability, durability, performance, and quality requirements
through structured testing, data analysis, failure investigation, and continuous
improvement.

The role will work closely with Product Design, Engineering, Quality,
Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to plan and execute reliability
tests, identify failure modes, determine root causes, and recommend design or
process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and execute reliability, durability, life-cycle, and
qualification testing in the Reliability Lab.
* Develop test plans, test procedures, test setups, and test schedules based on
product and customer requirements.
* Operate and ensure proper utilization of reliability laboratory equipment,
test rigs, instrumentation, and data-acquisition systems.




* Conduct reliability testing under thermal, mechanical, electrical,
environmental, and other relevant stress conditions.
* Monitor tests, capture test data, identify abnormalities, and ensure timely
escalation of test failures.
* Perform detailed analysis of test failures and support Root Cause Analysis
(RCA), FMEA, 8D, and corrective actions.
* Work with Design Engineering to investigate failures and recommend design
improvements to enhance product reliability.
* Ensure proper documentation of test results, observations, failures,
corrective actions, and final conclusions.
* Prepare test reports, reliability reports, qualification reports, and
technical presentations for engineering and leadership teams.
* Support current product development by providing reliability inputs during design
verification and validation (DV/PV) activities.
* Support qualification and validation of design changes, components,
materials, and suppliers.
