Role Description The Business Development Executive (ROW) is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, focused on expanding BrightCHAMPS’ presence in international markets outside India. On a day-to-day basis,



this role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through multiple channels, and managing a structured sales pipeline. The executive will engage with prospective partners and clients, conduct product presentations and demos, and negotiate terms to close strategic deals. Responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with accounts, collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with market needs, and tracking performance metrics to meet and exceed growth targets. The role also requires staying updated on edtech trends and competitor activities to refine outreach and market entry strategies.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Current Business Development and Lead Generation for international markets.
Solid Business acumen with experience in revenue growth, market expansion, or sales strategy.
Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
