About the Job
ZVIS is looking for a Marketing Executive to take ownership of day-to-day marketing and lead-generation activities for our services.
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential customers, engage with them through appropriate marketing channels, generate relevant leads and enquiries, and support the Sales team in building a healthy sales pipeline.
The core responsibility will be:
Research → Prospect → Outreach → Generate Leads → Qualify → Handover to Sales




The Marketing Executive will work across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, Phone, Online Research, Industry Directories, Networking, Events and the existing ZVIS database.
The role will also involve creating and executing marketing content such as LinkedIn posts, campaigns, service-related educational content, creatives, case studies, email content and other promotional material using tools such as Canva and AI-based productivity tools.
The Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate prospect and lead information in Zoho CRM, tracking marketing activities, monitoring campaign performance and continuously improving outreach based on results.
