Digital Marketing Specialist – BMW KUN Exclusive

BMW KUN Exclusive is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who understands performance beyond impressions and clicks — someone who can turn media investments into measurable business outcomes.
If you’re data-driven, performance-focused and experienced in managing large-scale paid media campaigns, we’d like to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Digital / Performance Marketing
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Experience managing ₹3 Crore+ annual digital media budgets
• Solid understanding of Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Lead Generation & Remarketing campaigns
• Expertise in CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate, ROI/ROAS & budget optimization
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console & conversion tracking
• Strong understanding of Meta Pixel, audience segmentation, retargeting & attribution
• Ability to analyse the complete funnel — Clicks → Leads → Qualified Leads → Test Drives → Bookings




• Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets and performance dashboards
• Ability to prepare and present structured fortnightly and monthly performance reports
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert campaign data into actionable recommendations
• Experience coordinating with creative, CRM, sales and agency teams
