Role Description The Real Estate Sales Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for prospecting and engaging potential buyers and sellers, conducting property visits, and presenting real estate options aligned with client needs. The representative will manage inquiries, provide high-quality customer service, prepare and explain documentation, and support clients through the complete transaction process. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining property listings, coordinating with internal teams and external partners,



following up on leads, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and staying informed about local market trends. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and participating in sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications

Strong customer service skills, including the ability to build trust, handle inquiries professionally, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Knowledge of real estate markets and practices, including Real Estate and Real Property concepts, and familiarity with local regulations.
Valid Real Estate License, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one within a defined timeframe, in accordance with local requirements.
Proven sales skills, such as lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and adapt
