Role Description The Branch Claim Process is into off-role and a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. This role is responsible for managing and processing health insurance claims at the branch level, ensuring accuracy, adherence to company policies, and timely settlement. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing claim documents, verifying eligibility, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and resolving discrepancies or queries related to claims. The role also involves maintaining detailed records,



preparing reports, and supporting continuous improvements in branch claim processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

Strong claims-focused expertise, including Claims Management and Claims Handling skills.
Solid domain knowledge of Insurance, particularly health insurance products and processes.
Excellent Analytical Skills to review documentation, interpret data, and identify discrepancies.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, providers, and internal teams.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced branch workplace and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and claim processing systems.
Relevant academic background in insurance, finance, business, or a related field; prior experience in health insurance claims is an advantage.
