We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The person will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
Conduct product/service presentations and explain the value proposition effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to convert opportunities into business.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions as required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions in CRM.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic business communication.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
