Role Description The Sales Consultant role at Utsaah is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Sales Consultant will engage prospective and existing clients, provide detailed information about Utsaah’s services and programs,



and guide individuals toward memberships and packages that fit their wellness goals. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting studio tours (as needed), managing lead pipelines, following up on prospects, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role also involves collaborating with the studio and marketing teams to support campaigns, participating in events or activations, and collecting client feedback to improve offerings. Success in this role requires consistent client communication, meeting sales targets, and representing Utsaah’s values of care, clarity, and conscious living in every interaction.
