Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (BDE) role based in Lucknow. The BDE will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and partners, and support the growth of Profession Hike’s network and services. Daily tasks include generating and qualifying leads,



conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, delivering product presentations or demos, and negotiating terms under guidance from senior team members. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align on campaigns and partnerships, and preparing basic reports on sales activities and performance. The BDE will represent Profession Hike professionally, gather market feedback, and contribute to strategies that improve offerings for students and institutions.
Qualifications
