KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering, with an MBA in Finance / Power Management, or CA
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Energy / Power Sector
Experience in Power Sector Regulatory Consulting preferred
For candidates with regulatory experience, prior experience in providing consulting/advisory services to Electricity Regulatory Commissions on regulatory matters is preferred
Robust skills in financial modelling, financial analysis, report writing, drafting, and presentations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively on client assignments and manage multiple deliverables
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support consulting and advisory assignments in the Energy / Power Sector




Assist in providing regulatory consulting services to Electricity Regulatory Commissions
Conduct financial modelling, data analysis, and sectoral analysis
Support preparation of reports, regulatory submissions, presentations, and client deliverables
Conduct research and analysis on power sector regulatory and commercial matters
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assignments
Work collaboratively with senior team members and contribute to project execution
