Role Description The Relationship Manager – Health Insurance is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai.



The individual in this role will manage and grow relationships with customers, distribution partners, and intermediaries to drive health insurance sales and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining health insurance products and wellness offerings, handling queries and service requests, and guiding customers through policy issuance, renewals, and claims-related support. The Relationship Manager will monitor customer satisfaction, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams such as operations, underwriting, and claims for seamless service delivery. This role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing regular reports on portfolio performance, and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards.
