Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full time,



remote role responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions journey and helping them choose the right Skillofy_AI programs. This role involves conducting discovery calls, understanding applicants’ goals and backgrounds, and recommending suitable tech and non-tech learning paths based on their interests, experience, and career objectives. The Senior Admissions Counselor will manage inbound and outbound inquiries, provide clear information about curricula, schedules, fees, and outcomes, and maintain accurate records in CRM and admissions systems. Day-to-day tasks include following up with leads, supporting applicants through the application and enrollment process, coordinating with academic and operations teams on learner placement, and contributing to continuous improvement of admissions processes and messaging.
