About The Role

The Service Cloud Voice Developer at TCS will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce Service Cloud Voice integrations with telephony solutions such as Genesys Cloud CX and Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, CTI integrations, and telephony frameworks,



enabling seamless voice-based customer service experiences. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including telephony engineers, contact center operations, and Salesforce architects to deliver robust voice solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. The developer will also be responsible for developing custom Apex classes, flows, and reporting dashboards to monitor and optimize telephony performance metrics.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce platforms, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on telephony or Computer Telephony Integration (CTI). A robust understanding of Service Cloud Voice implementation, telephony provider configurations, and Partner Telephony frameworks is essential. Experience with Genesys Cloud CX, Amazon Connect, and related telephony APIs is highly desirable. Proficiency in Apex development
