Role Description The Service Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for coordinating and overseeing service requests and activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Day-to-day tasks include managing service schedules, tracking work progress, and liaising with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, documenting service interactions,



and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The Service Coordinator will also support continuous process improvements, escalate critical issues when needed, and contribute to a positive customer experience aligned with company standards.
