We are looking for a proactive Client Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in both voice and non-voice support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional service while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to client queries through voice calls, email, and chat in a timely and skilled manner.
Resolve client concerns while ensuring a seamless support experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, tickets, and follow-up activities.
Meet established productivity, quality, and service standards.
Build long-term client relationships by delivering outstanding support.
Utilize MS Office and internal systems to manage daily tasks efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Client Support, Customer Service, Client Services, or a similar role.
Experience in both voice and non-voice processes is preferred.




Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Comfortable working continuous night shifts.
Willing to work 5 days a week with rotational weekly offs.
Available to work from our Aundh, Pune office.
