Role Description The Apprentice – HR role at Metalman Auto Limited is a temporary, in office position based in Aurangabad.



The apprentice will support the HR team in daily activities such as maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and induction processes, and coordinating documentation for personnel management. Responsibilities include helping with the communication and implementation of HR policies, supporting basic HR operations related to attendance, leave, and employee benefits, and assisting in organizing training, engagement, and CSR-related activities. The role also involves preparing reports, updating HR databases, and collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth HR processes under the guidance of senior HR staff.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support day-to-day HR operations.
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and ability to assist in communicating and implementing them.
