Role Description The Social Media & Video Editor Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. In this position, you will plan, produce, and edit short-form and long-form video content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.



You will manage daily social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking, while collaborating with marketing and HR teams to support campaigns and brand visibility. The role involves capturing and organizing raw footage, selecting music and sound effects, integrating graphics and motion elements, and optimizing content for different formats and channels. You will also stay updated on trends in social media, video formats, and platform algorithms to recommend new ideas that increase reach and engagement.

Qualifications
Ability to plan and execute end-to-end Video Production, including scripting, basic storyboarding, and managing shoots or recordings.
Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Color Grading, with experience using qualified editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Proficiency in Motion Graphics and Graphic
