Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Bengaluru East. The Sales Representative will handle end-to-end sales activities, including identifying leads, conducting property presentations, and managing site visits. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, recommending suitable properties, negotiating terms, and supporting clients through the closing process and documentation. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions,



collaborating with internal teams, and staying updated on local market trends, pricing, and inventory. The Sales Representative will also contribute to building long-term client relationships through proactive follow-ups and consistent service.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
Good understanding of the local real estate market in Bengaluru East or willingness to learn quickly.
Ability to manage multiple leads, follow up systematically, and maintain organized records.
Comfort with on-site client interactions, property tours, and flexible working hours as needed.
Proficiency with basic computer tools and CRM or sales tracking systems is an advantage.
