About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Associate – Accounting & Finance Operations to support day-to-day accounting activities and contribute across the complete accounting cycle. The ideal candidate should have robust practical accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage reconciliations, payments, reporting, compliance support, and financial records accurately and within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities




Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records.
Record and review invoices, receipts, payments, journal entries, and other financial transactions.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare supporting documentation for payments, reimbursements, and other finance transactions.
Support payroll, variable pay, and reimbursement processing.
Prepare workings and supporting data for GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
Complete weekly and monthly accounting closure activities.
Prepare MIS reports covering cash flow, burn, payments, receivables, and other finance metrics.
Map transactions to appropriate projects, departments, and cost heads.
Maintain project-wise accounting records, budgets, expense tracking, and variance reports.
Prepare project-level financial and management reports using validated accounting data.
Coordinate with auditor
